We can safely say that last year was no ordinary one. It was a time full of new challenges and learning to find ourselves in a new reality. However, nothing could stand in our way when it came to organising events that would remain long in the memory. We are proud of all of them, but we have tried here to select the five projects that we feel the greatest sentiment for! Check out our list of five events that we will remember the most.
Online Conference
Edu.Lublin
Digital transformation in the field of education was the theme of this conference from November 2020. Our task was to plan the entire communication strategy for the event, create the full scenario, and also design and set up an exhibition space for our partners. The event featured 17 thematic sessions, 31 speakers, over 500 participants and one presenter – Marcin Prokop.
The event was run on the PINE platform, with the support of Microsoft Teams.
Husqvarna New Era
The annual Husqvarna dealers conference was a perfect example of the transition from a traditional in-person event to the online world. The numbers were impressive: over 300 participants, 200 questions asked live in the chat, a 40-strong team and 25 new machines and tools presented during the conference, which was hosted by Maciej Orłoś. And most importantly, there was a 95% engagement level!
Before the event, we spent over 100 hours on outdoor film sets preparing video materials, with the end result being a complete online B2B event that was fully engaging on both sides. We took care of everything from start to finish – the website, invitations, registration process, streaming and welcome packs – without the involvement of any subcontractors.
Animarkt Stop Motion Forum
One of the largest animation festivals in the world entrusted us with the production and running of the online version of their event. It was also one of the most "lively" events among last year's projects, with a large number of different types of workshops being held which enabled us to look for and modify a variety of solutions, adapting them where necessary to the needs and capabilities of the speakers and participants. The whole event ended with an awards ceremony, streamed from a unique space – the Łódź EC1 Machine Hall. The stats for the Animarkt Stop Motion Forum were also impressive: over 500 participants, 56 speakers from all over the world, and 166 private meetings held between participants.
EduDay 2020
EduDay 2020 was undoubtedly the largest online remote education conference last year, allowing experts, practitioners, teachers and local government officials to share their experiences and vision of the school of the future. The whole event, which attracted over 500 participants, was run on the ON24 platform.
OLX Know How 2021
The crème de la crème of our recent projects – ne of the most important conferences for the HR industry was this ear's conference based on the classic breakfast TV format. We ere responsible for the creative concept, preparation of the communication platform, newsletters, registration process, script, sign and production of the set (including a specially arranged kitchen) and the entire production (TV production, live streaming on our own dedicated website). Thanks to the welcome packs that had been sent out to all those who had registered for the event beforehand, the conference participants could prepare a few dishes together with celebrity chef Karol Okrasa, who was present in the studio. Awards were also given out during the event for the best HR campaigns during the pandemic – they were presented live at the selected company headquarters. All this was supported by communication before and after the event, which was conducted via a specially prepared website that also hosted the streaming of OLX Know How 2021.
