Trading challenges of the future – Lively for Catalyx

How has the commercial situation in the market changed since the outbreak of the pandemic? What activities should you put the greatest emphasis on in the near future? During the conference, speakers from the USA, Switzerland, Great Britain and France shared their observations and ideas. There were also videos with consumer comments on the brand's most popular products.

In implementing the event, we decided to combine two platforms. Firstly, the simple, intuitive and interactive application Cisco Webex was used to communicate with participants, who all knew that tool well as they used it on a daily basis. Secondly, we connected the presenters, speakers and lecturers using the Microsoft Teams platform, from where we transmitted the audio-video feed to the participants via a video mixer (allowing us to add a background and multimedia).

"In this project, the most interesting thing for me was the cooperation of many people from different countries and continents. This shows the great power of online projects. We met at the beginning and end of each week to discuss the next steps and tasks to be performed. The only problem was having to adjust the meeting times for people from the USA and Europe. Despite the large distances between the contractors on the project, the entire task was completed without any problem,"– says Filip Jędrzejczyk, Project Manager at Lively.
