Online conference
The Edu.Lublin conference concerned the digital transformation project in Lublin's education system. The event was a summary of many months of efforts to implement an innovative integrated system for over 200,000 residents, 50,000 students and preschoolers, 10,000 education workers and 150 educational institutions. It was an opportunity to share experiences on a virtual platform in the form of a live conference, and to chat with all participants and organisers.
The main session of the conference consisted of presentations by the project organisers and discussion panels attended by experts in the field of digital education. The event was an ideal opportunity for everyone working in other local governments to share their experiences on an interactive platform and learn about their partners' solutions in the virtual Expo zone.
Communication before/during/after
The process of informing people about the event began long before it actually took place. We were responsible for sending the invitation mailshot and preparing the concept for the event’s graphic design which all the necessary communication materials were then based on. In addition, we created a system of push messages to remind participants about the most important points of the conference while it was still running.
Expo zone
The Edu.Lublin event also featured an extensive Expo zone, where all event partners could present their services and products. We prepared all partner stands with their own graphic materials and previously prepared videos, as well as live meetings of company representatives with interested participants.
Lively
Edu.Lublin was a big challenge for us on account of the express delivery time! We coordinated and produced the whole event, and were fully responsible for the live conference. We also consulted on the draft of the script and created the graphic design of the event. We provided full technical support for the event: connecting the various speakers, coordinating the panellists' live links and providing sign language interpretation. It was our job to create the virtual stands of the conference partners and communicate with the participants.
We coordinated host Marcin Prokop’s live links from the studio in Warsaw, the online feeds of the speakers and the multi-person panels, supplementing them with specially prepared pre-recorded materials at appropriate times. We were also responsible for preparing the platform on which the conference was held.
